At Zestora, we are committed to delivering your kitchen tools safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time
We ship our products via CJ Dropshipping logistics. Estimated delivery times are:
- India: 7–15 business days
- USA / UK / Canada / Australia: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 15–30 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or high-demand seasons.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders (or specify your threshold, e.g. orders above ₹999)
- Express shipping may be available at checkout for select locations
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at the carrier's website or via 17track.net. Tracking may take 3–5 days to update after dispatch.
Customs & Duties
International customers may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by their country. Zestora is not responsible for any customs fees. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hardikbh.store@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
